Apple & Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients:
5 Large apples
2 Cups of sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of Baking Powder
1 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon
sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Mix together the sugar, oil eggs and one grated apple. Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the previous mixture.Next, add another 3 grated apples to this mixture and keep one sliced apple for decoration. Place in a greased cake tin and cover with the thin slices of apple and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Place in oven for about 40 minutes at 180C.
If you wish, you may substitute the apples for bananas.
