Apple Fritters
Ingredients
Apples
150g flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
200ml milk
oil for frying
sugar and cinnamon

Preparation
In a bowl mix the flour with baking powder, then add the eggs lightly beaten, and half of the milk. mix then add the remaining milk. Peel and core the apples and cut them in slices 1cm thick. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the apple rings in the batter then fry in the oil. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle them generously with sugar and cinnamon.
