Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
250g flour
225g sugar
225g butter
4 eggs
100ml milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
15g cocoa powder
butter to grease the muffin tray

Preparation
Grease the muffin tray
mix the butter with the sugar until it forms a creamy batter, add the eggs mixing well, then add the milk, flour and baking powdwe and cocoa, mixing well all the time.

Place in the muffin tray until 3/4 of the way up, then place in oven at 200C for about 15 minutes. Check if cooked, then remove from the oven. If you wish, melt 100g of chocolate and drizzle over the muffins.
