Peach Treat

Base
1 pkt of crushed ginger biscuits
100g margarine

Filling
250g smooth cottage cheese
1 can condensed milk
juice of 2 lemons
250ml fresh cream whipped

Decoration
410g can drained sliced peaches
whipped cream
glace cherries

Method
Combine biscuits and margarine then press into greased springform dish. Chill
Beat cheese and add condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream and spread into the pan. Place in refrigerator to set.

Decorate with cream rosettes and cherries.
