Apple Cake
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 cups (yoghurt cup measure) of cake flour
2 cups " " " of sugar
1 cup " " " of oil
1 cup of natural yoghurt
4 apples
3 eggs
Preparation
Blend the yoghurt, eggs, and sugar then add flour, cinnamon and baking powder, cut the apples in slices. Grease and dust with flour, a cake tin, then place in it the batter, adding the sliced apples afterwards into the batter, individually so as to spread the slices throughout the batter evenly. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180C for about 40 minutes.
