Three Flavours Dessert
Ingredients
200ml fresh cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 eggs
2 egg whites
100g sugar
130g baking chocolate
1 teaspoon of butter
2 tablespoons of crumbed almonds
7 crushed Marie biscuits
a pinch of salt
Preparation
Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water, together with the butter. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it forms a creamy mixture, then add the melted chocolate to this mixture.
Beat the egg-whites with a pinch of salt and blend into the above mixture.
Beat the fresh cream with the sugar until you obtain a chantilly consistency.
At the base of your dish, start with a layer of the chocolate mousse, add crushed biscuits mixed with the almonds, then the chantilly. Repeat the layers as before, ending with chantilly.
Serve chilled.
