
Creamy Peach Dessert
Ingredients
2 cups of fresh cream
1 can peaches (or any other fruit) drained of juices
1 tin condensed milk
1 packet of crushed tennis biscuits
cherries and mint leaves to decorate
Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the condensed milk carefully. Layer cream mixture, then biscuits and finally the drained fruit, then start the layers again as before until you've used up all the ingredients. End with crushed biscuits and decorate as preferred.
Leave in refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
