Caramel Mousse
Ingredients
1 tin condensed milk
8 egg-yolks
7 beaten egg-whites

Cook (simmer) the tin of condensed milk in a pan filled with water, for 2 hours.
Remove the tin of condensed milk from the heat and allow to cool off for several hours or overnight.
Empty the contents of the tin into a mixing bowl, then add the egg-yolks one at a time to form a cream. Gently add the egg-whites to the creamy mixture. Place in a serving bowl and add toasted flaked almonds or crushed marie biscuits to taste.
